I wish I could give no stars! I took my daughter here to get box braids and what she received was micro braids with box parts. Braids in the front wash corn-rolled to the back (didn’t ask for that)! Braids were uneven and stringy at the ends. I HATE THESE BRAIDS. They look like they were done by someone who just learned how to braid last night and had the nerve to charge $250. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I was told to come in for a 5:00 appointment on Sunday evening. I called at 4:50 to make sure she was ready and done with previous client. I was told she needed 90 more minutes. A hour and a half! She apologized and told me she would call me when she was done and ready. I never got a call. I haven’t been to Fatima in a few years because last time I went my hair was so tight I had to take it down and had several sores in my head. A waste of money and time. I won’t be patronizing this establishment anymore.

Over priced and I did not get what I paid for. She was 3 hrs late for the appointment and did not give me the style that I asked for. My head was extremely sore and I had what felt like five pounds of hair on my head. She said she would correct it when I came to the shop she had already left and sent me to voicemail. I will never return to this establishment. VERY POOR SERVICE. VERY RUDE. No respect for your time.
