This lady is terrible. She charged me 200 dollars, to only do a sloppy job on my daughter’s hair. She didn’t put any grease or gel in my daughter’s hair to make the braid stay in place, and she doesn’t follow instruction on how you would want the hair style to be. I was completely dismayed. I’m not sure why this place has such high reviews. I asked for two cornrow braids. The owner charged me $90. Thats kinda a lot of money. The braids are not even. The braids are crooked. I have 4c hair. The owner spoke negatively about my real hair. I think hair dressers should be more welcoming of different types of hair. I would not recommend this place.

Critical: ProfessionalismWorst experience EVER. I had a 0800 appointment with Flo and she was late no big deal it happens but she booked two people for 0800 . My style was simple two strand twist unfortunately the stylist Monica was unable to accomplish this task however she was extremely nice so I decided to give her half of the money for her efforts. Unprofessional and I will not make another appointment or recommend Flo to anyone. Also, you have to pay for parking in that area I recommend you add that to your website as well. Worst experience EVER. I had a 0800 appointment with Flo and she was late no big deal it happens but she booked two people for 0800 . My style was simple two strand twist unfortunately the stylist Monica was unable to accomplish this task however she was extremely nice so I decided to give her half of the money for her efforts.
