The service here was horribly underwhelming. I was assured on the phone that I’d be out in under 3 hours for a simple box braid style. It took 5 hours. My stylist kept stopping to talk to her coworkers. If you can’t multitask, then maybe don’t. The topic of conversation was just as bad. Definitely do not recommend bringing your child. I asked my stylist if I could grab a tissue, as the AC was blasting so bad my nose was running. Her coworker answered “well if people wouldn’t come here with almost no clothes on”. As if it’s unreasonable to wear a T-shirt and shorts during summer. No semblance of professionalism whatsoever and TWO DAYS later, my braids are coming undone. Don’t waste your money. Seriously

Please don’t waste your time getting your hair done at this place. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Just because you pay your deposit does NOT mean that your “booking” is confirmed. They will book you,take your money and then you have to be “lucky” if there will be anyone there to do your hair. It’s like playing the lottery. The “owner”, Grace (if that’s her real name) is full of excuses as to why I was booked & paid my deposit but no one could do my hair including herself because she was on “vacation” and also “sick”. She had me under the impression that she would be doing my hair when in fact she knew that she herself would not be able to do it because she would be on “vacation”. Her excuse was that she told another girl to do my hair but that girl was “sick”. No one ever contacted me to tell me this. I contacted her the day before my appointment as a reminder to not forget about my appointment and that I would be arriving early. I got no response back but the message said “seen” Her excuse was that she never saw the reminder message and that it must have been her kids playing on her phone. Mind you I book this appointment 2 weeks in advance and was texting with her and told me I was all set. The owner had laundry list of excuses. All the excuses sound like lies to me. Just be transparent and keep it 100. Stop booking clients when you know that you are not able to do their hair.———To the owner’s response below: wow what a professional sounding response, who wrote that for you ? Future customers please don’t be fooled by that response. This is one of the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL “businesses” I have EVER encountered! Where was your professionalism when you decided to video chat with me to explain what happened as you laid down in your bed and didn’t even have the decency enough to sit up as you spoke to me ?!?! Super unprofessional & rude. Not to mention the rude and unprofessional hair braiders that work in the shop. Everyone always talking about support black business but when you do the outcome horrible!

This company has been deleting my review because it’s honest and accurate. The pictures of my hair speak for itself honestly. Appointment was at 4:30pm and I didn’t leave until 1:30am. For $190 this is mess that didn’t last month. The owner started my hair then left some other lady to do my hair who didn’t even know how to twist. Her girl took the hair that I paid for with my money and was dragging around on the floor, stepping on it, and holding it up to other peoples head. The conversation in the shop were deplorable absolutely disgusting how they sit around talking about skin color.

Horrible service, my braids for $150 were beyond huge. I have a nice length of hair and my braids fell out a week later. The braids are so uneven and braided in different directions, the shop was dirty too

Very cozy and welcoming .top notch service , what you ask for is exactly what you get, and they make sure that you leave satisfied . Very accommodating to clients timewise as well. They don’t mind rescheduling or working after hours to accommodate a client.
