Critical: ProfessionalismHer vibe was just off during the whole appointment. Tried to spark a conversation because she didn’t have any music or a TV. She was very short with me and just seemed to have an attitude. So, I stopped trying to have a conversation. She left multiple times during the appointment and did not say a word to me. She just up and left and was gone for A WHILE each time. She didn’t say she was going to take a break or even needed a break. She literally stopped braiding my hair n just left randomly without even acknowledging me. She also pulled on and yanked my head so rough. I have NEVER had a braider maneuver my head that way and I have been getting braids done since a young child. She actually did a good job on my hair but she was just very rude.
