Had an appt booked and Jaz on 10/15/22. I am a foster parent, so I am new to the braid/twist hairstyles, so I had text her asking a question about the ends of the hair being curly or blunt. I sent a pic and she said she did not do that and I said okay. I informed her I would have her hair washed the night before. She was a no show/no call for the appointment. We drove 40 min for a 7 AM appt and got no communication until 11 AM. She refunded my partial deposit at 6 AM the day of with no other communication. Apparently, I was supposed to check my email at 6 AM and know that a refunded deposit meant our appt was cancelled. She refunded my deposit minus the PayPal fees, made me pay for the fees even though she was a no show. Was very unprofessional in communication. Would not recommend.
