Horrible communication! Had me come at 3:30 just to tell me to come back at 7! Paid $25 for the Lyft and she still wants to talk about the prices going up because she misunderstood me say I needed extensions. $120 for regular box braids with no extensions and then tells me it’s even more with extensions. I advise going else where. They should be done for $90-100. So upsetting.

Responsive even though I didn’t gety hair done with her, she was professional in her response and prompt. I don’t doubt she’d have gotten the job done….she just didn’t have hair, I was from out of town and couldn’t navigate that situation. I feel her pricing was fair too.

I got my hair braid from her 3 days later 5 Braids from the back of my Head fell out. Over all I kept those braids in For Just 4 weeks. I wanted to keep them in for 8 weeks But too many Braids kept falling out. by the end of 4 weeks I had a total of 15 Braids that had fallen out. I couldn’t Hide them so I just took them out a Waste of $150.00 they did look nice.
