I choose her because of the 5 stars reviews and this is nothing personal, because she was really nice and accommodating but I have to be honest. Had she not been so nice, I would have done 1 star. The reason for the rating is that in less than 1 week, 2 twist( I got Passion Twist ) have completely fall out and several more are noticeably loose. I text her, 2 days later when the first once completely fell out and others were noticeably loose. I might add these were not in the middle, they were on the edges which are noticeable. Now, a week later another one in the back has fallen out and one in the front is so loose I’m afraid it’s going to be next. I’m sorry that’s just not acceptable for the cost and time investment. I sent her pictures. She apologized and offered to redo them but I was in another state for a funeral, which is why I got my hair done. I don’t want to have to spend more of my time because, as she admitted, she didn’t “ grip them tight”, which is fine but they should be secure enough to last more than 2 days.Nothing personal, hate that it happen like this but I think others prospective clients should at least be aware.
