Annette was very warm, professional, accommodating, and communicative! She went out of her way to reschedule so I could make it before my vacation, and the atmosphere of her salon is very comfortable and nice. She is a very skilled and quick braider who was able to do crochet braids on my very short hair. I had ordered the crochet braids on amazon and there weren’t enough in the packs, yet she was able to creatively and expertly make it work regardless! Though it was a commute to arrive at her salon, I can say with confidence it was totally worth it and that she deserves all the unanimous 5 star rating. I most definitely will be returning to her and highly recommend her services!

I made an appointment with Annette to install a crochet hairstyle. My appointment was at 11am and I was taken to her station immediately. Annette was pleasant and completed my installation quickly. I wanted highlights in my style and she knew exactly where to place the highlights to compliment me. I have already made another appointment with her for the following month. I highly recommend her salon.

This was my first time getting my hair braided by her. I needed my hair done due to my regular male braider that usually does my hair. She is nice but I’m kind of upset about how my hair didn’t turn out how I’d like. As well with the pricing. I reached out couple days prior to get an appointment she was very good with responding. I was disappointed that I drove 30 mins just for her not to have the full color of red for curls and braids that I stated over text message. She proceeded to say the black will look better but I didn’t want black curls. It is my fault I should have just left the shop there because I really wanted red hair for the style I showed her. The price was not specifically told me beforehand so I could’ve knew so that threw me off guard with it being $260 when I get a full head of lord of curls and hair from usual person that’s the reasonable price I’d pay them not for this I expected this to be at most maybe $200 not over it. I’m crying about how the parts look now that I’ve gotten home I’m just overall disappointed in myself in going here I just wasted a whole $260 for poor quality. Not only that I really should have had a price deduction from her not even having what I told her I wanted and then she didn’t not effectively communicate price I wish I could post photos of everything here but I don’t think I can anyways the people saying she’s a affordable is a lie because what I got was definitely not worth $260 she told me it was because of more work she have to do and I’m confused on how when she was constantly stopping to talk on the phone and then other people coming to talk about an appointment that could have waited until she was done or texted her everything and got confirmation back after she was finished.
