I arrive about 10 minutes (8:50) early, my appointment is at 9. Mind you I scheduled my appointment over a week ago in advance. At about 9:10, I’m told the stylist quit and I have to be rescheduled. Why couldn’t I be told something like this earlier, before I drove from Mary Esther which is about 20 minutes away? This is ridiculous, and inconsiderate of my time. I’m very disappointed and upset I wasn’t able to get my hair done, and told very last minute it can’t be done.
