Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had made an appointment for dread maintenance, arrived in the parking lot of given address, there is no distinguished business in sight, surrounded by apartment buildings, I let my hair dresser know of my arrival and confusion of where the place was at, no response. At the time of our appointment I called again asking if we have an appointment, no response.
