Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had an 8 am appointment today 8/12. I waited until 8:32. No one showed. When I called later on in the day I was told that they worked late the night before so they came in late on the 12th. No one gave me an apology. I had an 8 am appointment today 8/12. I waited until 8:32. No one showed. When I called later on in the day I was told that they worked late the night before so they came in late on the 12th. No one gave me an apology. Very unprofessional I will never make an appointment with them again.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to this location, because I had been previously serviced at their other location (Mondawmin & Security Mall). I initially wanted to get some Knotless braids, but decided to get box braids instead. I told them I wanted extra small box braids and I wanted the ends a different color. They told me the price would be $350. The lady that was braiding the back of my hair was making the parts really big and wasn’t taking her time. When I finally get to the halfway point and see the back of my hair it was atrocious. The braids were big and the parts were raggedy. The braids were even starting to slide down, because she didn’t braid them tightly. Someone attempted to fix them and I refuse to pay $350 since these were not extra small like I requested. I paid $300 and after a week my braids in the back started to fall out. I will never used this business again.
