They did a wonderful job for $225 a little pricey but my only problem was she stopped in the middle of doing my hair for this rowdy client. Once I found out what this rowdy clients meltdown was about on my own I became ok with it. if they would’ve let me know what was going on I wouldn’t have been so annoyed. The rowdy client was late picking her kids up from school I waited while both stylist was in her head she really didn’t get nothing major just kinky twist but I understood she was in a rush meanwhile my pregnant self felt like I was there all day and it was my birthday too. I’ll add more clear pictures two weeks from when I got them on they’re gallery.

Totally took advantage of my God- mother. I wish I was there with her to let her know that paying $125 to get cornrows in your natural hair is totally unacceptable. That style was worth $85. I just got box braids for $150 WITH HAIR ADDED. They knew she didn’t know the value and decided to play with her.

Called to inquiry about price and hair. First if you gonna charge someone $5 additional dollars for using card you should say that if they call. Secondly I asked if you use human hair and you said yes. When I get there I’m told it’s synthetic and human mix. This hair is trash it hasn’t even been a week and the hair is starting to mat up in back. I’ll be lucky to get 4 weeks out of this hair. $300 bucks not worth it. It not to mention that Princess is kinda rude!!

Raising black queens is no easy task, but as their father, it’s my job to ensure they look their best. I had heard about the Braiding House from a coworker and liked what she had to say. I called the shop and was able to set an appointment for my girls. We hhad one of the best experiences a customer could ask for. The braiders were incredibly friendly and made my girls feel comfortable and happy. They kept my babbies engaged and calm (no tears!). I couldn’t be more greatful for this experience, as well to my coworker who introduced me to this place. If you’re a parent looking for an affordable braiding salon with community like customer service, than this is the place for you. As a man I don’t know much about hair, but to the beautiful black women sitting in the seats besides my girls, the Braiding House killed your styles. Every single one of you looked good.

If I could give this place less than 1 star i would…. employees were not only rude but unprofessional. I walked in requesting a hairstyle and for whatever reason they said I couldn’t get it. After running through about 2 or 3 other options and them telling me I couldn’t get those hairstyles either i gave up and just went home. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Good spot. My hair if straightened is just about to my tailbone and I do not have a small head…still kinky twists took only 4 hours. Ladies are very friendly and straight forward. I will definitely return.
