Went yesterday and they did an excellent job. Very professional. Wasn’t eating and taking their time like every other shop does. I was out in about 4.5 hours. Asked before she did anything such as burning my hair and even let me see the braids before she proceeded.

The owner was really nice and took her time as she began my braids. But, she called someone to finish them who I believe was her sister. This women rushed and I could tell that she really didn’t feel like being there. She also did not speak to me at all. A couple times she snagged my hair as she pulled it to braid. As the lady cut my twist i felt the scissors snag them several times. I turned to look, but could not see any damage. It has been almost three weeks and have noticed several things. First, that night I realized she cut them way shorter than the picture I sent her and showed her when I arrived. Also, the sister kept cutting the ends roughly with a razor, the tips were not smooth and even. Second, the twist ends are different sizes. Some are smooth and even, others are bulky with jagged ends. It does not look natural.They stop at different lengths. Second, I have several twist that were cut into. It is obvious and she never redid the twist that she cut into!! Third, alot my hair is peaking out. Its is like they did not add enough braiding hair to blend together. Third, the knots that start my twist are really big and do not look natural like the pictures.

The lady that did my hair was super nice and sweet. My hair is well done and very beautiful. I would come again and recommend this place to others.
