Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to get small regular individuals. Rose did the first braids correctly and said this was how she would do the rest of my hair. She proceeds to do the back of my hair with very large parts. I don’t know if she was rushing or if this is the quality she usually provides. When I said something to her she caught an attitude and took the braids down very roughly. Didn’t wash the product out my head and was rude. Pictures do not lie!!! The back braids were basically cornrows. The owner agreed with her stylist when I said the back was too big. She said “that’s how it’s supposed to be” They are scamming. I went to get small regular individuals. Rose did the first braids correctly and said this was how she would do the rest of my hair. She proceeds to do the back of my hair with very large parts. I don’t know if she was rushing or if this is the quality she usually provides. When I said something to her she caught an attitude and took the braids down very roughly. I didn’t know that one stylist would do both and someone else was in-between them, making for a long wait. The hair stylist very roughly combed my granddaughter’s hair; unfortunately, I had left briefly to take the younger child to get something to eat. As we were leaving, the oldest said it was the worse experience she ever had and that no one had every handled her hair so roughly before. I will not be returning to this salon nor would I recommend it to anyone. Last, you have to pay in cash, which wasn’t disclosed upfront so I had to run around looking for an ATM. I took my 9 and 11 year old granddaughters to have their hair braided. I didn’t know that one stylist would do both and someone else was in-between them, making for a long wait. The hair stylist very roughly combed my granddaughter’s hair; unfortunately, I had left briefly to take the younger child to get something to eat. Critical: ValueFIND ANOTHER SHOP!!! I would never recommend this business. Paid $185 for knotless braids in only half of my hair. The sides and back of my hair are shaved…took 6 hrs!! Paid my deposit and schedule my appointment w/Patricia. Patricia confirmed that she would be braiding my hair…..she never showed for my 10am appointment. Another stylist braided my hair. I provided a picture and requested that she braid my hair to the middle of my back. I left with braids down to the bottom of my back..(almost touching my butt) and a tacky looking bun. The braid are so long, the lady couldn’t even do the bun by herself. I’m completely disgusted with this style. I called back and spoke with the owner. FIND ANOTHER SHOP!!! I would never recommend this business. Paid $185 for knotless braids in only half of my hair. The sides and back of my hair are shaved…took 6 hrs!! Positive: Professionalism, PunctualitySylvia and Rosette are my go to’s! I love them. My hairstyles are so neat and detailed. They are very timely and have great customer service. I recommend giving them a try. I pay for quality! So for me, the prices are reasonable.Service: Hair extensions

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI recently went there because i didn’t drive to DC where i normally get my hair braided. I called to make an appointment for knotless braids, she gave me a price of 250 & i was fine because that’s the normal price i pay if i would’ve went to my normal braided. Arriving to my appointment they asked me what size did i want my knotless and color i informed her of knowing my hair was (1) meaning jet black, she proceed to tell me it was 1b and after 5 minutes of her stretching out the (1b) she then went to get the (1) for my hair, she started to braid and i could feel that she was doing it incorrectly, when she braided to the middle of my head she said it would be $230 not asking why.. simply she probably didn’t know how to do knotless, long story short my scalp was red and had flacks built up post 4 days of having them in. Never have i experienced something so terrible in my life, only had them in for 10 days and i’m in the process of taking them out. Not to mention they don’t even finish the braid all the way down! I called to make an appointment for knotless braids, she gave me a price of 250 & i was fine because that’s the normal price i pay if i would’ve went to my normal braided.
