Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI was told they do locs so I scheduled and appointment and sent the style prior. I arrived on time and had to wait a while which is fine. When i got called she was going to start my hair without washing it. And said they dont wash hair anymore but NO ONE ever told me prior. I was told i can leave and come back after washing. I had to wait longer because she took an extra client. Once she called me i confirmed the price which i was told is $120 for a loc retwist AND style. She said she doesnt know how to do the style that I CONFIRMED THEY COULD DO EARLIER. And i said okay how much for just the retwist (i have about an inch of newgrowth and was told 80 before) she said $140. Thats SIXTY EXTRA DOLLARS for JUST the twist when they told me it was $120 for the twist AND style. They dont know how to do hair, thats why theyre all baldheaded. Been going to them since they were on Candler Rd the flea market. They have changed a lot! Now they charge you for the hair which may cost you $5 or more for every pack u use which shouldn’t be a problem if you bring your own. (My opinion) I guess it’s that way since Covin 19 came and maybe being a loyal customer will hurt this but I’ll do my business elsewhere but in all they do well but when I ask for twist I want them I don’t need to be told they won’t last long I’m done
