Looking for a new barber shop since mine closed down. Stopped in here and learned it was by appointment only. Alberto ,who was great, said I could come back at 3:30 but his 3 pm didn’t show up so he said he’d take me right away. He did a super job even shaving around my ears and back of my neck. I was very pleased and then he told me he discounted seniors and veterans. This will be my new barber shop. They take cash only but that’s not a problem. Thank you Alberto for helping me out as I had two weddings to attend this weekend and I went in looking like a shaggy dog and left looking like a million dollars.

Been trying to get my haircut and beard done here for quite awhile and try to call and no one picks up the phone every single time I call. That shows horrible customer service and I been in customer service for over 15 years and this is disrespectful to a customer.
