Embarrassment would be an understatement. This is a pathetic excuse for a barber whom apparently has been cutting hair for 40 years, and my 11 month old dog could do a better job. The first time I went here he deliberately chopped off my sideburns after I asked him not to do so. When I left, Brad gave me a coupon for a $5 haircut since I was a new client. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and opportunity to redeem himself by going a second time a few months later… Again I left the barbershop disappointed once I noticed I had one sideburn left and most of my neck hair still intact. To anyone living in Belle Plaine looking for a clean haircut, I highly recommend checking out our Great Clips in town if you want to be satisfied with your experience.
