Critical: Professionalism, QualityShe came to my home to do my mom’s hair. I had washed and dried my hair prior to Bethany doing a basic trim that I requested while my mom’s hair processed. Well after the first attempt of a trim on my hair, it was sloppy and uneven my mom pointed out to her the unevenness on each side and the underneath was way longer and hanging down beyond the fresh cut. She then did another attempt to fix it. Once again there were still areas that were not even my mom again showed her it was not even.
