Called in the morning to make an appointment for the afternoon. I received a text 1.5 hours before my appointment asking for a confirmation. I didn’t respond back as I was busy but did show up on time for my appointment. When I showed up she said that she had taken on another client since I didn’t confirm and canceled my appointment. What’s the point of making a reservation if they don’t bother holding it? Located in a weird area, won’t bother ever coming back here.

Critical: ProfessionalismThe therapist took 5 phone calls during my session, very difficult to relax when her phone rings and she books other appointments during your session. Also, when I arrived she told me cash only, so I had to find an ATM; the cash only stipulation is out of touch and unprofessional. I am very underwhelmed.
