I merely called to ask how much a pedicure was and then was promptly asked if I was a new customer. I said yes. The man told me he couldn’t say unless I came inside. When I said I was in the parking lot he then said $30. Then I asked another question and he hung up on me. NOT a good way to treat a potential customer!!! I won’t ever step foot in here now. Terrible customer service!!’

I have been coming here for mani/pedi for over 5 years. They are consistently good and professional. I live out of town now but still make the 45 min monthly drive to San Marcos for my nails. Highly recommend. Mimi and Peter are great

I was faithfully coming here with a girl friend for over a year. We were always treated well, but I would go more consistently on my own. I stopped going when I saw the service decline, and the lady cut my foot once during a pedicure. I also contracted toe nail fungus from this place. I only trusted one of the sisters to do my eyebrows. Everyone else would do them unevenly. I wish I could write a more positive review but find somewhere else more sanitary.

If I could give this place no star, I would. My roommate told me to try this place out, as I have never gotten my nails done here in San Marcos. They greeted me when I walked in but were short staffed, so, I had to wait. Once I finally sat down I chose a color, the older lady (maybe the owner) did my nails. She seemed very sweet as she helped me chose a color. I asked her if the color was opaque (she assured me no). She finished my nails and I was not happy. They were poorly done and they were in fact opaque. I called right after I got home and noticed how bad they were. The man who answered the phone was super nice and told me to come back as he did not want an unhappy customer. I came back with my roommate the next week. The older lady seemed confused on why I was back. I showed her how bad they looked and she said it was MY fault they looked bad because I picked that particular color. Number one, never blame the customer. It was not my fault they were peeling up two days after I got them done and the color was inconsistent throughout. She then proceeded to yell at my roommate about the color she chose. We both got up and walked out and will not be returning. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, GO ELSEWHERE.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Walked in to get two pedicures and a get my 6 year old nieces toes and nails painted and they were not busy there was people already about to be finished and then just us. We sat down and pick out colors. They Never offered to draw the water so we can sit in soak, he stared at my niece like she was going to break something when she was sitting watching my phone. Then finally after thirty minutes of waiting, he finally called us back and at this time we were on a time crunch so we said to just paint my nieces nails and toes and the guy said no not unless me or my sister gets our toes done. When we said we can’t he continued to say no it’s not worth the $10. do not recommend this place to anyone.

Poor service. They only have one person doing powder nails. One person doing shellac, and one person doing mani, pedis. After waiting for 15 minutes I noticed one worker was free so I asked if she could help me and she just said, “I don’t do powder only he does” and rolled her eyes. I’ve been here since 512pm and it is now 603. I still haven’t been helped. So I’m leaving. I also witnessed two girls walk in at 6 and were asked what they wanted but then were told there’s not enough time to do their nails since they close at 7. Never coming back here.

I have been searching for a good Nail Salon in San Marcos for 3 years now & I had considered it a lost cause. I happened to be grabbing dog food next door at Pet Smart & glanced over & noticed them & had time to kill so I decided to give them a try. I am SOLD! I originally got a full set & was pretty impressed but I never make a full decision if I love a nail place until they grow out a bit & they held up so well. I got another refill & I am even more in love! I will not be going anywhere new for a very long time.

The worst salon I have ever been to! My nails had grown out so I told him I wanted them a little shorter and asked if that would happen when they filed them…it had only been two weeks since I had them done last so I didn’t need them much shorter…explained that I wanted square with rounded edges and preferred a more natural look. Well….they look awful. A complete waste of $32 and when I complained, they said I asked for them shorter. Yes. I did…..but that doesn’t mean I wanted some of them so short that you can see the top of my finger! Four of them are so short, if I put my hand down…..you see the tips of my finger. They did a terrible job at the shape…the are almost totally flat across. They left my hands a mess, they offered no customer service and they blamed me. The older man was doing my nails….although the picture on the license wasn’t him…and some lady decided to get up and offer her opinion on blaming me even though she wasn’t the one doing my nails. The place is a mess….had I not been in such a time crunch, I would have found another place…..and it took 90 minutes for a screwed up pink and white fill!
