My kids LOVED their spa treatments and new haircuts/up-do!! Great service, friendly staff, fun atmosphere, clean and colorful space and a special bonus: it’s perfect for girls and boys!! Absolutely ridiculous. I was 7 minutes late to an appointment for a boy’s hair cut that would have taken 15 minutes and they refused service. I even called ahead of time that we were running a little behind. I will also add we have been using this salon for 2 years now and still even being a faithful customer all we got was a lecture that we were late.

They were great with my kids. They were understanding when, at the last minute, my daughter decided that she absolutely did not want a haircut. She was offered princess hair, which she also declined. No one ever pressured her.

The staff at Bowties was amazing and so patient with my energetic toddler! They made her feel so comfortable during her first hair cut and made it such a special experience.
