I decided to give Cindy and Bowen Therapy a chance on the recommendation of colleagues when my Chiropractor couldn’t get any adjustments to last. I am so glad I did. The morning of my first appointment, I could not pick up my socks off the floor. After my session, I dropped my car keys and was able to pick them up without problem. When I woke up the next morning, I expected the well-established back pain but when I started to turn over, it didn’t come. I was quite surprised and because it felt so good, I kept “flipping” from side to side just because I could. The benefit of the Bowen Therapy has lasted quite a while. I appreciate it because it lets my own body do the work of readjusting itself.

I was having an annoying pain in my lower back and with just a few treatments Cindy was able to get me pain free. She also gave me strength exercises and stretches to do that seem to really be helping. I loved that the treatments were very relaxing as well.
