She’s nice but the lashes just aren’t it. Oh and don’t plan on a response or any customer service if you do have any issues, because she simply won’t respond! I attached two screenshots below of her not responding to a easily fixable issue, even when I had messaged her just minutes after my service. She just left me on read. I have worked in an eyelash salon before and I’ve also had eyelashes on since I was 15 and never had this happen. The retention on the lashes themselves is horrible and most of mine fell out within 4 days of the service. (Photos below) They also became uncomfortable and itchy.
