I don’t think there are enough words to describe the incredible experience I had while at Bouvardia Hair Salon. This was going to be my first visit with Ski, I had easily set up my appointment in the Booksy app, and she accepted it. ( some places aren’t accepting new clients quite yet due to Covid and it’s very understandable). When I arrived she immediately greeted me and had this outstanding warm-hearted personality. I’m an extremely introverted person and it can be hard getting your hair done because you know the expression “your hairdresser is someone you spill your thoughts, heart, and guts to.” I’m 30 and for the first time in my life I was able to do just that. It was amazing being able to talk about your past, present, and future to a complete stranger without having any fear of judgement. The salon was very clean and Ski had music playing the whole time that you just wanted to get up and dance to. I came in for a silk press, protein treatment, and a trim. I had a lot of damage to my ends and I knew she was going to have to cut a lot more off than usual. She started working her magic and I ended up with a style that I absolutely LOVE. Think back to Rihanna’s Take a bow music video and that’s what my hair looks like. My hair is soft, HEALTHY, and I have received so many compliments thanks to Ski. I’m glad that I have finally found my forever hairdresser, Ski is definitely the only person I will allow to touch my hair from here on out!

BEST AROUND! Shemeka washed my hair and lawd that woman has magic at those fingertips! Monique was my stylist and was so careful with my hair(5 years natural)! She was very considerate of me being tender head, and this was my first time if 5 years getting a silk treatment!. The overall atmosphere was perfect. You can tell these ladies love what they do and they do it well!
