We chose this place because of the good reviews and pics. My daughter went in today to get a silk press with trim was charged $95 upfront. If I knew that was the case, we would’ve went somewhere else because I have never paid full price upfront for a service that hasn’t been rendered. Maybe half but definitely not full. I wish I went with her, but she took Uber. When I picked her up, I had to wait an additional 5 min because they decided to take pics once she said she was leaving when they could’ve taken them well before that. She was done at least 15 min before I arrived. Anyway you wouldn’t believe that she just walked out of a salon. Her hair looked as though she had just ran a marathon, very bushy, like she got it done a week ago. You could see the white residue from whatever edge control product they used. The trim looks horrible…I could’ve and would’ve done a far better job, but I just didn’t have the time. If I didn’t have somewhere to be, I would’ve spoke to the manager and tried to get her money back. No way this mess should’ve cost $95. Just bad. She is 18 and I wish she was more vocal before leaving but whatever, lesson learned. I would NOT recommend this place to anybody. Pics were taken as soon as we got home. She is not happy lol smh.

She saved me from an emergency of having to do my hair myself on my birthday and I’m SO appreciate of her. I appreciate her for getting me in, taking my call, and doing my hair so quickly!!!! In fact, I only use her products to maintain my hair. As a busy entrepreneur I greatly appreciate how flexible and quick she works. Even though, she works quick, the quality of service is never compromised. My styles (up-dos primarily) last usually around 3 weeks.
