Presume the owner of the salon picks up the phone calls and book the appointment and is super helpful. A small nail salon with 4 pedicure station and about 5 manicure station. What I find lacks the most is the communication between the customer and the manicurist. There could be language barrier but if you need my foot positioned in a way better said then just slapping my foot around. The volcano pedicure is good treat to the foot with 4 different components in a box and foot stone and warm towels though I would’ve loved a more deep foot massage. I recommend calling for an appointment.

Came here last minute and so happy I did the owner did a great job on my nails and my friend’s nails. She paid really close to attention to detail and her son is adorable and very accommodating when you walk in! I highly recommend it and they’ll give you a discount your first visit!

This was my first time here and I will definitely be coming back. I didnt get the womans name that was doing my nails but she was so careful and took her time with it and I think my nails came out amazing! The salon is extremely clean and if you get gel polish they put gloves on your hands to protect them from the uv light.

Critical: QualityI had a great experience the first time I went. But the second time was unfortunately not so great. I asked for a Dip manicure and the woman who did my nails did not know how to do Dip yet proceeded to try. My nails came out uneven, different shapes, rough around the edges, and just overall poor quality. I understand if someone is new to doing nailsAnd always give them the benefit of the doubt!! But this was bad. I asked for them to be fixed by someone else and they quickly “fixed” my nails. The outcome was still not great. Very rushed. Nail lengths still different shapes and different lengths. I am sure the woman who did my nails is great at other types of manicures, but please next time someone asks for dip…give them an experienced manicurist. The worst pedicure I have ever gotten in my life. I thought it was bad when I was there, but when I got home, I looked closely and every nail looked like the polish was painted on top of a coat of something that was meant to peel off. I wish I could get my money back. Do not go here. Pedicure

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueHorrible experience. Wrong pedicure, left with no polish. AND CHARGED $27!I booked a 12:30pm appointment for a gel pedicure. I arrived five minutes early. I was waiting until 12:40 after finding a color on the wall (which they told me was gel polish, which I thought was strange but went with it), perfectly fine, I just needed to leave by 1:45pm. I was then left soaking my feet in much too hot water (so my feet were just rest on the step) until 1:00pm. A nail tech then took care of prep, cuticles, and filing. I then waited a few minutes for a different nail tech to come over and start my polish around 1:25pm. I asked if they had time to do it, they assured me yes, twice. She put polish on that turned out to be regular polish (which I don’t like because of the dry time, and had work at 2pm down the street). I then asked them to remove the polish because I needed to be able to put closed toe shoes on. After two people scurried to take it off and apologize, they offered me to come back tomorrow, which I work all day. I took out my credit card expecting to just tip the lady who did my prep, but they charged me $27 for NO POLISH on my toes. What a disgrace!Service: PedicureHorrible experience.
