Obsessed with my nails every time I walk out of there! They have always exceeded my expectations no matter how crazy my ideas are. I recently went to the salon for a gel manicure and pedicure. The availability of appointment times was very convenient, the salon was clean, with nice staff, and a relaxing environment. Plus the prices were reasonable, especially considering the area. I don’t get my nails done often, since they seem to never last. However the gel manicure I had here was the best I’ve ever had. After 4.5 weeks the color still looks great; no peeling, chips, or cracks. Will be going back soon for another one!

Not a good experience. They nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING. If you want almond shape that’s extra, if you want your cuticles cut that’s extra, if you want to keep your nails long that’s extra, if you want to shorten your nail that’s extra. It’s ridiculous because they won’t tell you about these extra charges until they are done and you’re going to go pay.

Though I love the manicurist and her attention to detail, I am highly disappointed in the price variance from the first phone call, to my final appointment (as I will not be coming back, the lasts appointment is the straw the broke the camels back). When I first called for a dip manicure they explained it would be $45. They then proceeded to charge $5 extra to shape my nails to almond! The next appointment I switched to gel, which they charged $5 extra to take off the dip! I asked for a heart design, which is basically a slightly upgraded French tip, which they charge $15 extra for (photo below, worth $15 extra?) So given the extra up-charges, my gel manicure went from $35 to $55 for the same time allotment. This is very unreasonable and no other nail salons up charges so much for these options. I unfortunately, will not be coming back.

I am picky about nail salons and nail techs. But I hopped ship from my old place to Boutique Nails after going once when my sister-in-law took me.
