Got my nails done on 11/26, took 1 hour and 47 minutes to complete a dip manicure. My nails are unevenly shaped, the tip color (red) bled through all of my nails, and I have red speckles everywhere. The tips are not evenly painted and my nail shape is awful. I shared with the man at the front desk that I was dissatisfied with my nails , he told me that “dip is messy” and said “we can paint over it with gel”, I paid for a dip manicure, so why would I want gel? I felt awful complaining because the nail tech was sweet, but she clearly was not prepared to do French tip nails. I will not go back to this establishment because I literally cried over how unhappy I am. I typically get my nails done this way at a different salon, but recently moved, and I have NEVER had issues with dip before.

I absolutely love this place! I have been meaning to leave them a great review because they deserve it! They are friendly, clean, and have a great selection or colors. The staff feels like family to me. I have always made appointments and everyone I can say has been fabulous. I appreciate each and every one who works there! I always have a fantastic experience here. The nail techs are friendly, they do great shaping, beautiful designs and I will always come here. They have top notch products and everything you can possibly imagine for designs, colors, add one. They have it all!

I had never been there until today because I had a little emergency, an older stocky man who was my tech and all he did was criticize my previous nail techs job, then proceeds to tell me that a friend I ran into they’re getting a manicure and pedicure always leaves a $20 tip, hence, “ giving me a clear hint I should give him a $20 tip”! They proceed to speak in their language and laugh tauntingly and you know that they’re talking about you were making fun of you! Because we don’t understand what they’re saying but it’s clear they’re talking about you as he’s grinding on my nails with a file and continuously would hurt me! Like I said this is not my regular nail salon but I’ll never go back here! And the young guy with a short black hair has absolutely no personality and no business in public service! Rude and un-personable! Horrible place I’ll make sure to tell my friends not to go there.

Visited here a couple weeks ago to get color only for my daughter’s and myself. It was $85!!!! Absolutely wayyyy too much for just color. The nail techs never spoke a word to me and they weren’t personable to my kids either. I wanted to request that I get a discount but I’d rather just pay and never come again and leave a review. The ladies up front never smiled either. When I mentioned I wanted color only they looked at me like I was in the wrong place. I’d advise the entire staff to go to Palace Nails in Gilbert and see what a nail salon experience can be.

They charge an extra $3 to either cut my nails or file/reshape them. On top of the $45 they charge. As an experiment I cut and reshaped my nails before I went. They still charged me for it. That is ridiculous I have not come across another nail salon that does this. Dip powder

Boutique Nail Bar can be a good nail salon because of the lower price and decent quality of nails that Kenny does. But for the past several months, even though I make an appointment with Kenny, I still wait an average of 20-40 minutes to be seen. I started purposely showing up 10 or 15 minutes late so that I can waste less time. If I make an appointment for 12pm, I just plan to not be seen until 12:30.

I had the pleasure of receiving the most amazing pedicure by Ms. Ceci today and as a first time customer she did not disappoint! She was very knowledgeable about the products they use and had patience when explaining the options that might work best for me. She was pleasant kind and thorough. If you get a pedicure her I highly recommend asking for her!
