Haircut was okay, although a few spots were missed. However, the experience was not as advertised. My “40 minute” haircut (the single barrel haircut) was maybe 25 minutes. I was not offered any Bourbon or champagne and did not get the hot lather neck shave that was supposed to be included. I noticed that someone else got the neck shave, so I guess I wasn’t worth the effort being an out of towner. They also didn’t offer to put any product in my hair. It wasn’t something listed on the website, but just something I’m used to being offered. The shop was nice, but I didn’t feel very welcomed. I won’t be returning when I’m in town again.

Showed up for my appointment and the shop was closed. Barber was 10 minutes late. I let him know we could postpone and was charged a $35 cancellation fee. I have tried three outreach attempts at this point to resolve the issue to no avail. Hate to write a negative review, but this is not a good way to do business.

I never thought they looked good, felt like it was wasted money, but something I had to do to keep from looking like a total mess. I went to Bourbon City yesterday and I’ve never looked this good. Randy cut me up, and I’m not saying he turned me into an Adonis, but he got my hair the way I’ve always thought it could be and if I move, I’ll fly in to get my haircuts here. A+, great work guys. I never thought they looked good, felt like it was wasted money, but something I had to do to keep from looking like a total mess. I went to Bourbon City yesterday and I’ve never looked this good. I was traveling and in Louisville with some time to kill so I decided to get a beard trim. I guess I got lucky as I walked in and Randy was able to see me without an appointment. I usually trim my beard myself as I have had “barbers” do such a bad job in the past. Randy did a great job and Ill remember to book an appointment next time im in town
