I started coming to bounce after my wedding. I had used Bridal Rush for my big day, and was in desperate need of a new salon that did amazing work. Courtney takes care of me and is always so happy and sweet! She does an excellent job and I always feel gorgeous after getting my hair done. I just purchased their new line of hair products, R and L Co, and I have to say it was so worth it. Since the first day of use, my hair has gelt amazing and better than it ever did.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe first time going there Nicole did my hair I was there for a color and cut .. I had an appt at 2 and I waited till 330 to be seen..it took me over 5 hours to get my hair done because she was seeing multiple clients including me. most importantly I told her how i wanted my hair and she must not have listened because I left completely unhappy and unsatisfied..
