I love Tommy! She has been coloring and cutting my hair for years. Never disappoints! Relaxing atmosphere. Any bad reviews are merely from people who can’t read the customer parking only signs and are mad at themselves for getting towed because they are/were not customers. Tommy and her signage are quite explicit: if you’re not a customer, you will get towed, 24/7/365. Period. So if you don’t want to get towed, don’t park there unless you’re getting a haircut there. It’s very simple. Yes, you will be towed. You will. There’s a very easy way to avoid that: don’t park there unless you’re doing business there. Because yeah, otherwise, your car won’t be there when you come back. And it shouldn’t be. You were warned. So don’t do that. You’ll get towed.

If I could rate lower I would. This salon professionalism is so bad and by all these reviews, it’s a wonder they are even still in business at all. I would be more understanding on the parking issues if the salon’s professionalism actually existed about the whole thing!!!! This woman is the full definition of a Karen! I would first like to start off saying please do not come to this salon! The manager shaved my hair bald then proceeded to call the towing company on me all because I am a women of color! And that’s not all. If it could get any worse, she then tracked down my asian husband and proceeded to call him many slurs that I will never repeat, and tried to get her salon team to jump me. Do yourself a favor and never come here.
