Then Zoey and Michael come in and listen to everything again. Asking me questions and going over my medical history to insure that the treatment for me was going to be smooth. The Brighton Office and Dr. Gallagher are fantastic. However The billing department for this practice is just poor. I do nothing without a referral from my primary as my insurance requires that. This billing office have 4 different submissions of the same referral for service and simply ignored it each time. The stress and inconvenience of contacting my primary, my insurance and BVD’s billing dept is just ridiculous. Everyone answers their phone except the billing office of BVD. I will never use this practice again which is a shame because the fault does not lie with the Doctor or anyone in his office. The reason I wont ever go back is because the billing office is shady and doesn’t do their job.
