Critical: Quality, ValueI had originally scheduled an appointment for a deva cut with one of the stylists, but had to reschedule because she ended up needing that time with another client. I was told by the receptionist that there were two other stylists who were “really good at cutting curly hair.” So, I trusted him and scheduled an appointment with a different stylist. Unfortunately my hair does NOT look good after getting it cut. She was really sweet and I enjoyed spending that time with her. However. She gave my ends a blunt cut and my hair is extremely uneven. Prior to this cut I had a nice V shape from previous cuts, and now my hair does not lay correctly for wavy hair. She cut my hair wet and brushed out all my waves. I was told that she was not deva certified. But like I said I was told “she’s really good at cutting curly hair” I am really upset that I was mislead and thought I’d be getting a better service than I did. I now have uneven hair and essentially a “shelf” layer on ONE side. I now have to find a different stylist to fix the damage. The girl who did my hair, I’m sure she’s a great stylist, however not for wavy or curly hair. The close up picture is my before. I had originally scheduled an appointment for a deva cut with one of the stylists, but had to reschedule because she ended up needing that time with another client. I was told by the receptionist that there were two other stylists who were “really good at cutting curly hair.” So, I trusted him and scheduled an appointment with a different stylist.
