It was my first time getting my hair done by him and both times I had a great experience. He is very knowledgeable with coloring and expressed doing blonde is one of his strongest points (he was definitely not kidding ). He made sure to schedule enough time and had me out exactly when he said he would, all while giving me the exact color I had asked for. Overall Jerrod was a great stylist to work with. He made me feel welcomed and kept such good conversation. I had two appointments with stylist Jerrod, one for a color and one for a cut, and he was fantastic!! It was my first time getting my hair done by him and both times I had a great experience. I am unfortunately writing a negative review about a bad highlight job. The stylist was very nice but disappointingly my hair did not turn out as expected. I ended up with large dark sections and unevenness. When I sent the pictures to the owners their response was shocking. I did not get a “Sorry you are unhappy, how can we make this right”? Instead they said they were going to find out what service I had done. They gave no response to the pictures I sent and were immediately on the defense, they showed no empathy for the botched job even after seeing the pictures. I politely asked for a refund but they were quick to reply “We do not give refunds”. Bottom line the owners are more concerned with profit than customer satisfaction. This is a very disappointing outcome considering I spent 200 dollars there just for highlights. I recommend going somewhere else where customer satisfaction is a top priority not profit.

Jerrod was amazing! My hair was super damaged from consistently blow drying it and I wanted to do, what felt like to me, a big chop into a bob. He absolutely killed it. He took his time and made sure not a single hair was out of place. On top of that his energy was so welcoming.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE SALON! I had an appointment today and encountered an unexpected life emergency that took precidence over getting my hair done. Due to the situation, I was unable to call and cancel my appointment. At my scheduled appointment time I began receiving harassing texts messages from the salon. I could not immediately respond, but later called them, because I had missed my appointment. I explained the situation, hoping for grace and understanding and was barked at by the front desk girl (who told me she was the owner) that their stylists time are more important than my life emergencies. I had only been here once before for a haircut and have never missed an appointment.

I saw So a few months ago, and she did the most amazing babylights for me! I then made the mistake of trying to tone my hair at home ( ♀️), and was able to see Vee the same day for a gloss and root shadow. The staff was super accommodating and I was able to get in within the hour. She stayed late to make sure the color was right, and was so sweet and understanding. Would highly recommend!

If I could leave a zero I would. The owner/receptionist is EXTREMELY rude! She became annoyed and unprofessional because I was calling to make sure I would be getting the service I wanted and that this service would be with a qualified stylist. Without taking our concerns as the customers into consideration, she opted to be rude and argumentative, cancelled our appointments and said “we weren’t the right fit”. That’s the only part she got correct because I wouldn’t want to be seen or give my money to someone who has no etiquette or customer service. Wrong line of work for you hun!
