I went in yesterday having never been to a tanning place and gotten a spray tan before. The two very young ladies working that day were perfectly nice and friendly and when I said I had never spray tanned before the girl who helped me recommended a “15” and told me to wash it off when it got to the color I wanted. She then explained how the machine worked and left me to it. I am now a bright orange color, whereas I was VERY fair skinned before. I washed it off after 4 hours when I first noticed a bit of orange but it kept darkening after that and now I look like a pumpkin and I have streaks EVERYWHERE. Learned my lesson, will not be going back here.

I came here back in 2018 and it was a great place but i has stopped tanning for a while even before COVID and decided to start again. I called about two weeks ago (haven’t had a chance to post) to ask if an appointment was needed to tan and the woman who answered was rude. She didn’t say anything directly rude to me but her tone, attitude was all wrong and when I asked questions, she seemed bothered and didn’t want to be there. Either way… her customer service over the phone is what completely turned me away. They lost out on a customer who ended up paying 200.00 in products plus a membership at the other tanning place I found afterwards. (thankfully they said they were all booked up)

They sent me to collections after I tried and paid for the 90day unlimited spray tan. I Did my last tan and told the counter person I wouldn’t be continuing and they said, “Ok no problem I’ll put it in the system”

I love this place! Its clean, employees are very knowledgeable of the tanning beds and products they sell.. Pricing is very reasonable. plus i do enjoy the jolly ranchers they leave you on the beds.
