Critical: ProfessionalismI called Monday to see about getting highlights in my hair, and to see if any stylist where able to do my hair for my wedding in September. When the lady answered the phone she was sweet. When I told her what I was wanting she stated she was not at the salon that she was actually picking up her lunch, but when she got back to the salon she would call me back with her pricing and also what other stylists prices are for me as well. She didn’t know because everyone has there own prices. Sounded great to me. Well I called before 1 pm on Monday never heard back that day and today is Wednesday and still no return call. I called Monday to see about getting highlights in my hair, and to see if any stylist where able to do my hair for my wedding in September. When the lady answered the phone she was sweet.
