I went and got a pedicure and eyebrow wax. This was my first time I was here and will be the last. The pedicure I received was sub par to say the least. I have cracked heels and normally anywhere I go uses the tools they need to remove it and I leave and they’re very smooth. Here she only used a sponge. My heels are still incredibly cracked. You can’t even tell that they worked on them.

Horrible experience. My niece and sister got their acrylic nails done at this location. Not even a week after all their nails fell off. Called the place and told them the issue and they said they would fix it. When they got there they did not take them in and claim they are not responsible. This place is absolutely fantastic! I was visiting friends in Highland Park from Canada and we went for some pampering and Botti delivered! I asked for a manicure and she did an amazing job, she was efficient, polite, professional and friendly. I really liked the colour so she offered to do a polish change on my toes. I was expecting that she would just remove the old polish and put on the new stuff. She went above and beyond and cut and filed my nails as well.

I am in the area for an Army formal event and decided to get my nails done. I was thrilled to get an appointment the day of the event for not only a manicure, but also a pedicure. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere was very nice. I will definitely recommend this place to other army/military significant others in the area. I will be back!

I usually love this place. Today I came and a tech named Allen was doing my manicure. So bad. She was so rough and mean. Even the massage was so haphazard. She was so rude when I was going to pay. I left her a small tip because that is all she deserved. She laughed. I love this place but ask for a change if Allen is supposed to do you manicure. JENNY is a great and pleasent nail tech.
