I used to go to this place a lot before I started working remote. Previous experiences were good. However I went here a few weeks ago for a mani (french)/pedi. The work was awful. I am embarrassed to day I spent close to $75 (including tip). The french mani was so messy, I had white polish all over my skin and the pedi was messy as well. I tried asking for the guy who did my mani to fix some spots but it did not help. They also made my thumb BLEED. It looked terrible and HURT. I went somewhere else a week later to have it fixed. Worst part was I had brought my favorite pink polish to use on my toes and forgot it there 🙁 I didn’t even want t go back and ask for it. People are nice but I cannot recommend the services.

i got my nails done exactly 1 week and 2 days ago and one of them has already fallen off and the other has broken in half and i also see some of the others about to come off as well. I am on vacation and got them for that exact reason and was expecting atleast 3 weeks of use. i didn’t do anything that would make them fall off, including any work in the kitchen or working out. and for the design, she didn’t do it exactly how i would want or how the picture i showed her but it was still okay. she was also very rough with my hands and i didn’t have the great experience that i thought i would, while getting them done for the first time. leaving the store i had multiple hang nails and they were all pretty deep. overall not the best experience and i am very very disappointed and did not pay an entire $60 for this.

I was taking a vacation and looking for a new salon. I had gone to this salon before to see if it was up-to-par. I decided to schedule with Tina to do my nail design for my trip an told that she was quite capable to do any designs. The day I went in to see Tina, I showed her a few designs and asked that she be creative with an idea of my preferences. She said pick one; asking again for a little creativity which other nail artists are more gifted at, she just hunched her shoulders. So, I picked a color and asked for the ombre effects, she said agreed; while she was doing my nails, I asked again about the ombre, and she assured me she was doing it. I knew this was going to be a bad experience and showed my frustration. While working on my hands and someone on my feet, they were Clearly talking about me in their language. The pedicurist was sloppy, and I had to tell her to remove the paint from my toes. Tina did a Solid coat of nail polish–No ombre effect! So, I had a nail design for my trip that a 14-year-old could have done and paid $91 for the mani/pedicure. These people were unprofessional and disrespectful, in addition to the service bordered on fraud!

I am a regular here. The ladies are always very sweet and accommodating when I have to bring my toddler with me. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve been many times for mani/pedi (dip and shellac). Would highly recommend their services.

Extremely satisfied customer. I would highly recommend for acrylic. Both time I visited this salon I found the nail artist to have a light touch and easy application. She did exactly what I asked for and even took the time to reshape one nail for me on my crooked finger. Although I was pleased with the art, as it was an exact duplicate of the photo I showed her, I wanted a snowflake, when she was done with this beautiful paint job she did a freehand snowflake on her nail and I have to say next time, no photo will be presented. The nail artist is amazing! I will go nowhere else!
