Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI went here for a deep tissue massage. I am having difficulty finding a massage therapist that I like. So since this place was recommended to me, although I thought they were very pricey, etc. so when I went to pay, they upped the quoted price from a few days ago, from &90. to &100. Without blinking an eye. What was I supposed to say?! I was dumbfounded! Plus they expect a tip on top of this! Is anyone else having problems with companies and price gouging?! I am SO sick of being ripped off, that I actually feel ill! I did hear back from the spa, claiming they had not raised their rates in ten years. Until they saw me walk in the door ! Be that as it may, or not , I do not believe it is right or ethical to quote a consumer one price and then change the cost upward when you show up for the appointment. So I went there today with another friend, First time ever doing something like a deep tissue massage plus facial and I got to say it was a great experience. The privacy and the employees were amazing, literally made it feel like at home. Of course i was shy at the beginning but gradually the way the staff took care of me, I started to relax and enjoy the experience. By the way I feel amazing 😀

I looooove this place! I called on a Wednesday for a spa package. The receptionist was awesome!! She was able to fit all of my services the following day. From the moment I walked in the spa until the moment I left, the ladies were wonderful. My pedicure ended a little at 7pm (closing) but they didn’t rush. Hands down one of the best spas I’ve had the pleasure of entering. The customer service is impeccable. The spa is spotless and gives a sense of tranquility. You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful Experience! My fiancé and I went for a couples massage in September 2016 and were blown away. Best massages we’ve ever had. The spa itself is clean, tranquil and everyone who worked there was a pleasure to speak to. Also very happy/comfortable going as a same sex couple. Wish we could give more than 5 stars!!!

Allison really knows her Chakras! I was seeing colors, and I didn’t even know the colors of the Chakras until I googled it after the appointment. Craziness. Anyways, highly, highly recommended! Great price too, and the steam room is magnificent. Just make a request, and Dana will set it up for you 30 minutes before the appointment…really worth it!

Excellent service! I took my mother and law here for a facial and I got a mud wrap and both were phenomenal! The staff was so kind, the space is relaxing and inviting and quiet too. Would highly recommend!
