I like the Botanical Spa. I usually go there for monthly facials. Dorothy is amazing! I have had a few other people do my facials in the past, but wasn’t happy because they did not do extractions and I need that.

The massage room is dark and quiet and very relaxing. I went for a one hour massage. The gentleman who performed the massage was very nice and accommodating when it came to the pressure. The massage was very good and relaxing. The staff was extremely nice. I would definitely go back again. I was speaking with a woman by the register and she said the facials are really good so I want to try one of those soon, too.

I had a wonderful relaxing experience. First I had an hour facial with Carey and she was very soothing and I felt my face was very hydrated and clensed. It was my first facial and I was not disappointed. Then I had an hour massage with Carol and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She asked me how I preferred the pressure and handled the massage exactly how I like it. It was very calming and relaxing and I felt wonderful afterward. They were very attentive and asked if I wanted water, coffee or tea. I’ve been going to Botanical Spa for years and I highly recommend them.

I love going to The Botanical Spa & Salon! I feel like I’m on vacation – every time! I took my mom there this summer and she loved it too. She’s now hooked on facials 🙂 I’d recommend them to anyone. Looking to get away for a day or even an hour or so? Then the Botanical Spa & Salon at the Park Ridge Marriott is the key… you will totally feel like you’re on vacation! Love it!!

My experience at Botanical Spa was extremely disappointing. My friend booked massages for us both to celebrate a special birthday for me. The first time she called, she was told the Groupon offer was no good because I had been there before (which I had not). She was able to book the appointments the next time she called.

Today my husband and myself had very relaxed massages. I felt mellow but invigorating when we drove home. My husband was very relaxed. We both had 60 min massages. I am definitely going back to Carol Birchwale. She did an excellent job. Check her out!!

Love it! I always have a pleasant experience. My therapist Carol is awesome and intuitively knows my sore spots. It smells wonderful with the aromatherapy of essential oils. I enjoy the hot towels, whirlpool and the indoor swimming pool afterwards. Definitely well worth the membership which is very reasonable for what is offered. I highly recommend it!

I went to the Botanical Spa for both a facial and massage. The reception was very pleasant. The massage and the Aveda products used were fantastic. The room was serene and music relaxing. The facial was equally as relaxing and enjoyable. All the employees I encountered were very professional and friendly. Overall a good experience. Only thing that didn’t make it a great experience was that you needed to change for the spa in the bathroom/steam room common with the gym and pool, both of which you needed to walk through in order to change. I didn’t appreciate walking through public common areas in a bathrobe. Also, between the massage and facial it was necessary to wait in the nail/hair salon on a stool. Adding a room just for spa guests would greatly increase the experience.

Once you got away from the busy lobby of the hotel and into the waiting area of the Spa, it was very comfortable and private. It isn’t as spacious as some of the larger spas in the area however, my massage was excellent. The room itself was relaxing and the masseuse (Greg, possibly?) was the best I’ve had anywhere. It was nice to be able to use the hotel amenities as well though we were lucky enough to go on a day that nobody was using the pool or whirlpool. I would give 5 stars for the massage and 4 stars for the environment.
