The botanical heaven spa experience is probably the best relaxation service I’ve ever experienced in my life. You can tell that there has been effort put into every detail from start to finish. Getting served complimentary refreshments, the relaxing music playlists, soft bedding, robes and slippers, herbs in the steamer, client take home packets, and I could talk for hours about how amazing the facial massage is. You can tell Lauren (the master esthetician) is extremely knowledgeable, passionate, meticulous, and loves to provide a truly luxury experience. The building itself is also beautiful and luxurious. I felt like I was truly being treated like a king when I got my facial. If you’re looking for a truly luxurious relaxation experience-Botanical Heaven Spa will SURPASS your expectations!
