Prior to seeing Katie, I had never had an experience where the stylist cared so much about the details. Katie was open to doing so many different things to my hair (long layers, short layers, face shaping, different length curtain bangs, etc). I also really liked the fact that she was holding a conversation with me while styling my hair. It didn’t feel like it was strictly business with her. I was very pleased with my experience at Botanica Beauty Parlour. Katie was super thorough in everything she did. Prior to seeing Katie, I had never had an experience where the stylist cared so much about the details. Katie was open to doing so many different things to my hair (long layers, short layers, face shaping, different length curtain bangs, etc). I am always amazed at how I can come in with an idea and she immediately gets it and somehow colors and cuts it EXACTLY how I want it. Since Jen has been doing my hair I get so many compliments that it’s almost annoying at this point. I always tell people that I have nothing to do with why my hair looks so good, which is true, it’s all Jen. I know many people who have moved away from Whitewater and drive from Milwaukee and Madison so she can continue to do their hair. She is a total gem. And the shop is beautiful! Jen has been doing my hair for 15 years. I am always amazed at how I can come in with an idea and she immediately gets it and somehow colors and cuts it EXACTLY how I want it. Since Jen has been doing my hair I get so many compliments that it’s almost annoying at this point.
