It is always an absolute pleasure to see her and she makes the entire experience very relaxing & wonderful. My skin is always glowing and feeling so much healthier after!!! She is very professional and talks through your skincare routine. She has made great recommendations for certain products that I now use daily. I see such an improvement with my skin. I have been going to Theresa for a few months now to get monthly facials. It is always an absolute pleasure to see her and she makes the entire experience very relaxing & wonderful. My skin is always glowing and feeling so much healthier after!!! She is very professional and talks through your skincare routine. She has made great recommendations for certain products that I now use daily. I see such an improvement with my skin. I’m someone who hadn’t had a facial in at least 13 years and didn’t quite know what to expect. Theresa immediately made me feel comfortable, initiating an easy conversation to get to know more about my skin type and skincare routine so she could tailor my facial experience. The atmosphere was so calming, making me feel at ease the entire time (not to mention the music playlist was fantastic). She had a nice balance of taking the time to explain to me what she was doing in each step of the facial while also allowing me to relax and take in the atmosphere in the peaceful environment she has created. Theresa’s facial seriously made me feel like I had gone on a journey- the hour and 15 minute long process brought me through so many phases, and left my skin absolutely glowing! I went out after without any makeup and got so many compliments on my skin (and this is coming from someone who definitely doesn’t have amazing skin to begin with). I also got an upper lip wax, which Theresa did a fantastic job with. It was smooth, quick and easy, and made me want her to be my go-to to waxing maintenance professional. All I can say is if you want someone to really focus on you and your needs/skin lifestyle, while also giving you an extremely pleasant experience, this is the place to go! This weekend was my first time going to Theresa, and I have nothing but great things to say. I’m someone who hadn’t had a facial in at least 13 years and didn’t quite know what to expect. Even though I don’t typically get facials, I realized after my visit that I really should be taking care of my skin regularly and not just for a special event in my life. Theresa’s studio is so clean and well designed, and she is so professional and kind. You can really tell Theresa loves what she does and she puts 110% into each of her clients. It was truly a journey going through all the processes of the facial, and I loved that she explained everything she was doing since I am a bit of a noobie. I could not recommend Botanic Face & Body more, and I was in such a great mood the whole day after my facial. I felt so pampered and relaxed and BEAUTIFUL! My skin is glowing and I am so happy to have had this experience before my wedding, but I will surely be coming back and making my skin a priority from here on out thanks to Theresa!! Even though I don’t typically get facials, I realized after my visit that I really should be taking care of my skin regularly and not just for a special event in my life.
