They were able to take me as a walk-in and the stylist listened to what I wanted and made reasonable suggestions based on my hair type. My hair is notoriously difficult to style but she managed to get it right. The pricing wasn’t clear and I paid a small bit more than expected but it was still reasonable considering i got a good blow out after my cut. I will patronise this business again.

The people were curt and outright rude. They paid little attention to their customers, (which was surprising seeing as they had only two others that morning) and once I told them I wanted only my bangs trimmed they were very short with me and did not even let me finish my sentence to explain what I wanted to have done. The hair-cutting itself was very sloppy and quick. The entire experience took little more than a minute and in the end my bangs came out choppy, uneven, and WAY too short. I was not allowed a word in edge-wise while my hair was being cut, otherwise I would have told them they were cutting my hair too short.
