I scheduled an appointment 4 days in advance. The lady that was supposed to do my hair was twisting someone’s hair with extensions. She had her niece wash my hair, and two hours later, she was still doing this lady’s hair and it looked like she didn’t make much progress. I was never told how long it would be. I got up to leave and offered to pay for the wash and she said not to worry about it (the only reason she’s getting a 2 star instead of a 1). I can’t find anyone else to do my hair as it is two days before Thanksgiving. It was my first and last time visiting this salon
