Tim and Tina were awesome! Tim did my pedicure and he was very thorough. He even fixed a couple of sore toes from skin debris issues. My legs and feet feel and look great. Tina did my acrylics and she was very conscientious of my comfort and she made sure I was happy with the shape and polish color. They have a huge selection of colors so it was tough to choose. The staff were great and I will definitely go back to Boss.

I had the most wonderful customer service experience today at Boss Studio. My appointment was with Nina, I wasn’t sure what to expect because it was a first time visit but I was so blown away. I have no voice from being sick from last week, she opened my water for me, checked repeatedly to make sure I was ok, even stopped and got a cough drop AND opened it up for me during a coughing fit. She was absolutely a joy and I definitely plan on returning to her plus my nails look amazing!

I was helped by Tina for a pedicure, she did an amazing job! She did regular polish french tip for me, pretty much finished it and I noticed I had a stain on both the first toe nail that was very noticeable. I was nervous to ask to just do a full white nail instead ( I work in customer service so I hate being a bothersome customer ) but when I spoke up she had no problem redoing my toes for me!! She was honest yet very sweet about it and I really appreciated that!
