I have been going to Boss Nail Bar for going on 2 years now. They never disappoint. Ryan is my go-to for my nails. I only want him to do my nails. I am picky about my nails and he gets them perfect every time. I can show him a picture and he will re-create it for me. It’s easy to schedule an appointment and they have many colors to choose from. I’ve also had Anna, Thao and a few others that were just as great with the pedis.10/10 recommend this salon. Best salon I’ve been to in Greenville.m

I have been going here for YEARS and recently they just flat out don’t care about customer service and the prices are INSANE. Pictured is an acrylic nail set with dip and a design for $90 This did NOT include a manicure which is mind blowing….I was also charged for shaping my acrylic nails which I think is a rip off when you’re already paying for the nail service(this was also never told to me). My total for nails and toes was $145. I won’t be back. Huge ripoff and it literally looks like a 3rd grader did my art work. Just go somewhere else, they could care less

I walked in today not knowing that they preferred appointments. They were short staffed with it being the holidays but they took me back to get my gel polish off and to add some new polish on. Super quick, friendly, and great service! And super affordable! I will definitely be returning if in Greenville and needing another last minute fresh set.

I’m obsessed. Truly. I used to never get my nails done regularly because no matter what I did, my nails would break or peel or chip. I work in healthcare and I am hard on my hands. But this place is MAGIC. My dip stays on for a month. A MONTH. I only get them redone when they grow out. And today, when I messed my nails up by getting something permanent on them at work (entirely my fault) they got me in the same day and restored them to their beauty. I love this place so much and it is so worth the money.

All I wanted was a basic manicure and pedicure and that seemed like somewhat of a difficult task for this establishment. After the manicure, I had to ask for the excess polish to be removed from around my nails only for that to result in my nails being reshaped altogether which was truly frustrating because that wasn’t what I asked for. Now it’s time for the pedicure and I can definitely say that I have had better pedicures. The gentleman didn’t take the time to clip my cuticles or anything; he just said I had clean feet like that was supposed to be a cop out from doing the service altogether. At this point, I was annoyed. However, they did try to rectify the situation with my nails by going back over them which was nice but I was already over the entire experience. Before leaving, the young ladies at the front asked me what the issue was with my nails and I explained what happened. They apologized and stated the first gentleman didn’t understand what I was asking for. However, in my mind I was thinking, why wouldn’t he just ask me to further explain what I was asking for? Not satisfied at all with my service and probably will not be returning.
