I absolutely love Danielle!!! She’s done my hair a few times now and I am always so happy with the way it turns out! She also really seems to care about her clients on a personal level. When I went back to her for the second time, I was extremely surprised that she remembered all the little details about me and my life. It made me feel like I wasn’t just a head of hair in her chair! The salon itself is very clean, calm, and you’re always offered drinks! I was also super surprised when I went to pay last time and was told that I had loyalty points I could use for money off of the service that was performed. I had no idea this was a thing, but I thought it was so cool! I won’t go anywhere else for my hair!

Beyond the expertise in hair, Boss is always supporting the community- from sponsoring families around the holidays to raising funds for a mom battling cancer (I was that Mom). Danielle styled my hair and prepped me for the chemo hair loss. She shaped and helped me learn my new hair post-chemo. Just an amazing experience all around

I had just moved to CT from Mass and bought a Groupon to Boss Hair Design for a haircut and bayalage. I have really curly hair and it’s so hard to find someone who knows how to cut my hair. I LOVED my cut and color so much I kept going back.. even when I moved 45 minutes away. Fast forward a few years and I talked to Danielle about hair and makeup for my wedding. She was incredible. Her and her team did not disappoint. Casey was incredible doing makeup and really listened to what I wanted. Danielle did my hair and it was perfect. I cannot recommend them enough, I am definitely a customer for life.

I’ve been here a handful of times for different services and let me tell you, this place is AMAZING! The people working are so kind and friendly! Very professional and they take their time and make you feel heard! I personally see Baylee and she’s an absolute gem! She listens to my concerns and also help educate/ guide you on what your hair needs which is amazing! Every time I go I also leave feeling amazing and happy. It is hard finding a new salon, in a new town. Boss hair design is fabulous! I see Baylee, and while she is quiet at first, it’s obvious she knows what she is doing and does a great job. She is thorough and kind and talkative once you get to know her. The whole staff has been professional; I have my hair and eyelashes to show for it. I know that if Baylee isn’t available, I’m in good hands with whoever I see.
