Dr. Tan is & his hair restoration team during my visit were courteous & very professional. I’ve always hated needles so it’s no surprise that I was a bit uneasy and nervous coming in because this is a huge step for me!! I enjoyed the many conversations we had together during the procedure that definitely distracted me from what was being done to my scalp!! The Atlanta Bosley group was fantastic and Dr. Tan is super nice and funny and helps keep you informed during the entire process. The team that worked on me was Kayla, Julie, Teresa, Shalonda, Lenikia and Shikia this team was fabulous and super comforting during the whole process and really helped the time fly by while also doing an amazing job. I believe the nurse was Julie she was awesome as she waited and assisted me till my folks arrived and picked me up and explained them some of the procedure and other details. Overall had a great experience this time around. Definitely recommend as they a great group of people and the consultant Nina really helps give you all the options and works with you.

The doctor was not only rude and unprofessional, but completely contradicted the recommendation from Dr Jacobs in Philadelphia and then denied my procedure AFTER Bosley had already approved it and took my money which I still have not received including the travel arrangements I made after I got the confirmation amd PAID my deposit which Instill don’t have back. Worst experience I can think of

The staff was nice. But I’ve had 2 hair grafts and it looks awful. I have to have another. I’ve spent A LOT of so far. They would not budge one bit from their price. I guess the Bosley guarantee is just words.

The “doctor” was super distant and dismissive, walks in the room and can’t even say hello and treats you like another number. The fact that Bosley allows this says a lot about the company.

Nina Fields did an excellent job explaining all the pros and cons of getting a hair transplant. Dr. Carlos Tan gave me a prescription that did not have my name and also his name did not come up in the pharmacy database, so I was unable to fill the prescription. I chose to instead get a hair system from their sister company HairClub. I had to jump thru many hoops and make repeated calls to get a refund from Bosley. I am not impressed with their doctor or their customer service.
