No, All of my questions were not answered which pertained to the success rate of African American women. I was told prior to my visit that I would have a consultation with Dr. Phipps which I did not. I don’t know if I would have traveled to speak to someone other than the doctor if I had know in advance, but maybe I would have if I had the opportunity to make that decision on my own. I am serious about this procedure and I wanted to speak with the expert who could share data.

Hi. Bosley in Raleigh,NC did a wonderful job on my SMP procedure. Dr. Phipps and SMP Tech Brionna Gasby we’re very thorough and detailed on the procedure. The outcome was nothing less than perfect!!! This was my 2nd SMP follow up visit. It was a great experience from meeting the office receptionist to leaving with lunch provided for me. My 1st visit at Bosley Chevy Chase,MD was a completely opposite experience, i.e., not as welcoming, not as professional, and would not schedule a second appointment for me. I would not recommend Bosley to anyone after that experience. Thus, Bosley team in Raleigh has performed outstanding and I will recommend anyone to that particular office!!!

Where to begin. Initially came in for a free consultation where I met Nick and he answered many of my questions and concerns with the hair restoration procedure. I went to another hair restoration place in the area and the biggest difference I noticed in the two places is the before and after photos are so much better at Bosley than the competition. After still being unsure about the whole procedure, Nick suggested I meet with the doctor. One of the things that separates Bosley from other competitors is that the doctor is present during the procedure while others aren’t. The other biggest thing with the doctor that works at this location is that she is one of the best in the world if not arguably the best. I had such a wonderful meeting with the doctor and am truly excited to have the procedure done. I felt very comfortable after the meeting with the doctor and understood why Bosley is the best place to go to get your hair and confidence back!

I went to this place to see if they had something that could work for my hair fall. They gave me finasteroid/minoxidil topical. I tried it for a few weeks and then started getting really bad headaches. I reached out to them to see if they could help with something? Maybe I was taking the wrong doze?

Melissa at the front desk was so nice and professional, with a bubbly personality. She was very helpful in making accommodations for my wife during the lengthy process. Dr. Phipps (Angela) is an awesome doctor. She is very friendly and listens to my concerns and hair transplant location request. And Tay was fantastic with this leadership abilities during the procedure. I remember Tay from my previous visit. He made a lasting impression the first visit. The nurse and her assistant was so professional and helpful. If I stated the pain was rising, she immediately treated the area so I would not feel anything. Great staff, enjoyed my experience and looking forward to see the team again next week when I have my sutures removed. Oh, by the way, the grafts are doing great, they did last time and are now. Dr. Phipps and her staff has an excellent track record with me! Oh yes, the lunch was nice too!

Dr. Angela Phipps was INCREDIBLE. Both her and her team took so much time, effort, and care in making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. I am SO happy with the results of my eyebrow restoration. The clinic was so clean and staff was so kind. They were attentive and constantly checking in on my level of comfort.
